McDonald's in Burbank

“Dining room and parking lot was small but it was clean. Its conveniently located across from Costco on the corner. We ordered via mobile app and the complete order came out shortly with a smile. There's one bathroom each for men and women, without a code needed.“

“I recently redeemed the buy one, get one free Sausage McMuffin (no butter) offer after completing the customer survey from a previous receipt, and it was absolutely worth it! Both sandwiches were made fresh, served hot, and the English muffins had a nice toasted texture. The sausage patties were flavorful and juicy, and ordering them without butter let the quality of the ingredients shine through without feeling overly greasy. I also enjoyed seeing the 2026 FIFA World Cup themed packaging and promotional materials throughout the restaurant. The partnership adds a fun, energetic atmosphere and is a nice way for McDonald's to celebrate one of the world's biggest sporting events while making the experience feel a little more special. Overall, the staff was friendly, my order was accurate, and the value was outstanding, as getting two freshly made breakfast sandwiches for the price of one is hard to beat! It's a great example of why taking a minute to complete the survey can really pay off.“

“I don’t submit reviews often. I came here to get a quick meal as it was late and I need to get home and get to bed for work tomorrow. I was waiting about 15 minutes to get my meal, and getting a little frustrated. The crew came out and apologize for the wait and offered me a free drink or french fries which I declined. I was really appreciate it on their acknowledgment of the delays and their efforts to make it right. For that reason I gave him five stars.“
