“This location is the worst at helping with refills on drinks. The staff looks at you and ignores you, it takes about 5 minutes at the front desk to get someone to help you to get a refill. There should be a bell or something to help get refills within a better time frame.“
“The French fries here so are good. And the place is so spacious inside. However, is this place student-friendly? Also, are you guys actually 24/7 open? I don't want to come at 3-4am if that's inconvenient for the workers :( I just want to eat before I had into school.“
“Hank, the original owner, was a highly respected man in the community. He always cared for his customers and pushed adolescents to go to school. He helped people grow, like Bulant, an Austraian artist, and others a like.
He cared about everyone, especially his twin sons.“
“It's a convenient location but in busy hours. It's pack. This is a very small type of McDonald's but pretty. They have 4 kiosk none are cash machines and able to order with employees. There is 3 booths, 1 mini booth (1 person per side) 3 half booth with the 2 chairs. A bar table type. They have two tablets not sure if they work. And some tables (? Like 3?) pretty clean overall and they have hand sanitizer. No open refreshed soda machine. It's good when it's not busy but avoid if it busy 0_0 employee are bilingual, friendly, and respectful. Free wifi no outlets. Study spot when it's not busy. Unsure with bathroom situation. Soft popular radio music playing in the background. No outside sitting. Third place overall for all the McDonald's on the North side of San Fernando Valley. However, they make good milkshakes ain't gonna lie, I prefer small vanilla or strawberry.“
