I got my food to go, when I got home it was wrong, I have an allergy and wouldn’t be able to eat it even if I wanted to. I called the store to ask for a refund and they said I would have to go back so they can remake my order or give me the money back. Mind you it’s the middle of the night and I’m at home. I had to leave and go back so they could fix their mistake. Absolutely nothing offered for the huge inconvenience that they caused me for THEIR mistake.
McDonald's has changed since I was a kid going there on Saturday mornings for their famous hotcakes and sausages. While the food still taste the same I miss the old school atmosphere.
I'm so disappointed at the attitude I received from the employees at this location. I accidentally dropped my frappe in the bathroom, I even cleaned it up and they gave me the dirtiest look and shaking their heads like I had done something horrible. I didn't even ask if they would replace it cuz it just wasn't worth being looked down upon. Corporate you need to screen your employees better. I will not be back to this location and I'm telling everyone in the valley so beware you...read full review
