McDonald's in Van Nuys

“I understand that it's fast food and what level of quality to expect, but for a few years now, I've been coming here about 4 days a week for breakfast and I've seen this place go up and down, managers from other stores running crew positions due to short staffing, attitudes, personalities, and quality levels that seesaw from order to order. The store wasn't great around 2021, but they've really worked hard and have had consistent delivery in terms of time, quality temperature, and presentation. So whem i give 5 stars, it's not because i think their food is amazing, it's because they're doing what they should and things are correct, clean, and hot.

I gave them a 1 star across the board a few years ago, but today, 8/15/26, i changed it to 5. They worked hard to fix everything and it shows.“

Even when they are super busy, the front Dude always has a smile on his face and welcomes me and says hi and remembers me from the last time I came in and the workers always make my food as fast as they can . always a pleasure going to this location, ☺🙃“

I know employees must get bombarded with these questions right now, but Stephanie never once made me feel like an inconvenience. “don’t usually leave reviews, but this McDonald’s truly deserves it. Every time I come here, the experience is consistently great. The food is always fresh, hot, and exactly how I ordered it. The fries come out crispy, the burgers taste well-made, and even the coffee is surprisingly good. What really makes this location stand out, though, is the customer service. The staff greet you with a smile, move efficiently, and handle busy rush hours without ever making customers feel rushed or ignored“
