The Mickey Dee's in Van Nuys is alright👍 👌 !!!
Everything was great.i ordered through the kiosk and got my order fast. Very good
This restaurant likes to forget your sauces. It is the second time happening to me at this place and even worse you call them to let them know that they forgot one item that is not even free because they charge you for it. And it's like they don't care.

McDonald's in Van Nuys has improved its customer service over the years. The restaurant serves a variety of food, including chicken nuggets and the McRib combo meal, and offers easy parking. While some customers have reported unfriendly employees, others have had positive experiences with the very professional and eager to help staff. The restaurant is known for its clean environment, hot food, and quick service, making it a convenient stop for those on-the-go, though it closes very early. The dining room is only open until 8:00 PM. Orders are placed using a kiosk as there is no live person or menu board to look at. This location does not give drink refills. Some customers have received cold fries.
