I admit I've sat here a few times for a coffee or other drink, before hopping on the 405 or whatever. I went through the other reviews for flashbacks and disappointed to see employees captured on photo with complaints. I dont think they deserve that. No one does. I never had a problem there. It's McDonalds, not Bill Gates personal chefs personal kitchen. You win some, you lose some. Don't be a d--k, know what to expect at a McDonalds in Van Nuys.

Only issue is there's a homeless dude that stands where you pickup the food in the drive thru. He looks at you eerily lol.
Everyone there in the morning is very friendly and patient. little Hispanic lady with glasses fixed the mistake quick without any questions.

Done with this one. Arrived at 10:15am, didn’t want to get out because of the rain, waited 15min to pull up to the ordering box and they stopped serving breakfast as I pull up. I asked if they could serve up a breakfast sandwich since it just turned and I had been waiting. Nope.I frequented this McDs as it was on the way to and from work. I have seen some questionable customer service in that time, but this was the straw for me.The particularly annoying thing about the experience was the car ahead of me did not pull up after placing the order, so the menu changed while I could only twiddle my thumbs.I’m giving the food 3 stars because it’s the same as any McDs which is also why I won’t need to come back to this one.

I hate to say it, but ....they're just unfriendly. I've been here like 30 times and they never say good morning. They give me nothing but attitude. I don't like feeling treated with cold indifference every day because I might look like someone else. So;* Clean* Hot food* Quick* Easy parking Maybe 5 stars for everyone else; but not for me. :(
