Dear McDonald's Customer Support,
I am writing to express my extreme frustration and disappointment regarding the issues with your kiosk system.
Firstly, when a customer attempts to scan a deal code at a kiosk, if the kiosk is out of order or unresponsive, the system prevents them from using the same code at another kiosk or with a cashier for 15 minutes.
