I Love The Big Mac And The Filet Of Fish
Greetings,
I would like to file a formal complaint regarding an employee who I believe is named Diamond. She is a big woman with red hair who was working the front counter at approximately 10:45 a.m. today.
During my visit, She had very unprofessional customer service. She frequently spoke over customers, appeared impatient, and repeatedly directed nearly everyone to use the self-service kiosks instead of assisting them at the register.
