“Okay I’ve never seen a cleaner McDonald’s or fresh flowers on the tables! (Because I’m driving all over LA - I visit more locations than the average person)

“This is a very busy store in both the drive thru and inside and they still get orders processed in a reasonable amount of time. It does help to use the kiosk for in store ordering. There is the restroom for customers and plenty of free parking“

From the moment she took our order, she stood out with her energy, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to getting everything right. She was incredibly polite, repeated and confirmed each item to ensure accuracy, and clearly communicated what to expect throughout the order. She made us feel like valued customers instead of just another transaction.

We’ve unfortunately had quite a few disappointing experiences at this location, but Bridget was an absolute bright spot. Employees like her are the reason people come back. She sets the standard for what great customer service should look like, and I honestly think she could teach every employee how to interact with customers.
