I had a mobile order I did through breakfast at 10:55am, drove to pick up the food from the drive thru and was told they never put my order through, then requested I cancel my order to wait 7 days for a refund while paying a second time. This is terrible service in which I had to request a manager that provided a solution.
McDonald's never lets you down when it comes to their food. We ordered the Big Mac buy one get one free, two orders of French Fries and a Coke, a great deal for the price. The food was fresh and hot. Nothing beats their fries, just the best. The service was prompt and friendly. We will always return.
