I wanted to recognize Bridget for providing some of the best customer service I’ve ever experienced at any McDonald’s.
From the moment she took our order, she stood out with her energy, enthusiasm, and genuine commitment to getting everything right. She was incredibly polite, repeated and confirmed each item to ensure accuracy, and clearly communicated what to expect throughout the order. With a genuine smile he went above and beyond to get my fresh order to me in a timely manner and is one of the first -ever- to not forget my extra sweetnsour.
