“Fast and friendly service. I forgot the cashier's name but he was very helpful and fast. He actually acknowledged customers, which is a plus for me. I have been to other McDonald's and I have seen managers literally just chit chatting with each other and completely signing the line of customers waiting to get served. Their cashiers have more courtesy than they do.“

“I would have given it 5 stars, but most times when I go here to pick up an app order or to order at the register, I will have to wait 10 plus minutes before one of the employees will notice me, even after I have called out to them. I probably would not have that issue if this Mc D's had an employee designated to always be at the register and order pick up station.“

“perhaps one of the best McDonald’s I’ve been to in the Harbor area. The food here is always fresh & the short cashier lady always has a great & positive attitude it really makes you feel welcomed. Its funny to think that this little McDonald’s inside of a Walmart manages to outshine all these other McDonald’s in the area“
“The customer service at this location was great. However, my filet o fish was hot and my fries weren't, and I was getting on the freeway.
People want their food hot when they order from the drive through.
Especially McDonald's fries!! We don't want to have to turn around to ask for hot fries. We want them hot when you give them to us....“
