Standing at the end of ramp 11am, by the menu. 12min to get to the window. Drink and sundae only took 2min right at the window, & my name was called out for the rest of the food within another 2min. Wow! It was longer to wait in line, than it was to get food! I mean, I thought I’d come here in the middle of the week, so there wouldn’t be big crowds, but honestly, before they were open, there was already a crowd building up! Really good food, so people know where it's at! I'd definitely come back and try their other food.“

“I’ve always wanted to try LJS since I was a youngin. I used to see all those enticing commercials back in the 90s and early 2000s. After shopping at Best Buy in Hawthorne, I decided to shoot my shot and head over.

Mind you this was my first time ordering from here so I headed inside and was greeted by the cashier. I asked for a minute to survey the menu above and I finally decided to go with the L4 combo which came with 2 pieces of shrimp, 1 battered chicken, a battered fish, hush puppies, a side of your choice which I elected for sweet corn since I needed a lighter side option and a fountain drink.

The food was overall tasty and the batter was just right for coating. Everything was fresh and hot. This location is quite different from many other KFC locations not that it is a combo store with LJS but they have their own colonel’s specialty lemonade and country fried steak which I haven’t seen before.

The whole staff is very hospitable and they seem to know the regulars that come in to order. There used to be more locations of LJS’s but this is truly the last one in LA County. Please never close shop. This needs to stay a staple of the community and open for future generations to try.“

It was less than an hour before closing on a Sunday night. Surprised he wasn't busy closing up the store. Worker/owner? put no pressure to me finishing up my delicious chicken vegetable Bowel. I was able to back out and park in a spot.My radiator needed water so I could make it home. I saw someone emptying the trash .I asked if he could fill a bottle I had with water.He could'n't have nicer about it. He went in the backdoor and returned with a full bottle. His name was Jose .Thank you again Jose I made it home because of you.“

Looked for a burger joint around gardena and found this gem.
The burgers were great especially with the leaf lettuce and ranch
Fries were on point and the soda was bomb not all watered down and the service was good
I came here once and since i go about weekly either alone or with the family

“Ordered the $6.99 surprise box from the Too Good to Go App. It's supposed to be a $21.99 value. The food was really good. The meats were seasoned well and I really liked the green salsa. I'm not sure I would buy this at $21.99, but it was a great value for $6.99.

The only reason I dinged a star is because the woman serving the food used her hands to put the cheese on the beans. I didn't see her wash them and she didn't use gloves. At minimum, they should use a spoon or a more sanitary way to serve.“

“I visit this outstanding restaurant once a month because I enjoy the ambiance that is characterizes this restaurant. The staff is awfuly helpful and qualified. The service is deeply efficient. Most important, the food you get is outstanding. I have been there more than once and I was always joyful. The expense is honest. I highly suggest this place to to everybody.“

“I ordered a burrito from Doty’s and found it very enjoyable. Priced at $13, it’s somewhat expensive, but the taste made it worthwhile. The truck has a nice setup and is conveniently open 24 hours. They offer an extensive menu and provide outdoor seating. I would recommend giving it a try.“

They always smile at me and the owner acts as though we have been best friends for years (I think he’s helped me only 4 times. Ever- that’s how personable he is). “Brian was very helpful. The minute I walked in I said hello to the woman Samaythat was there, she did not speak back. At the time Brian was not around. She proceeded to do whatever it was she was doing with the clipboard. She almost made me walk out and not even order. Brian to the rescue walk straight to wash his hand and came to help me. While I dine in. I observed the woman being nice to the other customer which made me feel more uncomfortable because why did she not greet me like she did the Latino man. She practically ignored me and I spoke first. I believe customer service is not how you feel but when you come to work and represent a company you should fake it until you make it. I wanted to leave a TIP but it would of been split between the two of them and only one person deserved the tip and that's Brian. The tip I want to leave for Samantha is when a customer walks in even if your preoccupied, you should say "hello and I'll be with you in a moment or hello give me a moment I'll be right with you. I have been to other McDonald's and I have seen managers literally just chit chatting with each other and completely signing the line of customers waiting to get served. Their cashiers have more courtesy than they do.“

“This Louisiana chicken was the best spot to go to out of all of the other Louisiana chicken restaurants. The service was amazing the employees and owner was very friendly and welcoming. She modified my order exactly the way I wanted it. The atmosphere and surroundings is safe and it's within a shopping center and across the parking lot from a Starbucks. And I love coffee y'all.
