Great service. The server/pizza maker was prompt and on top of my order. I liked the ordering process. Seemed like you called into a central call center, which was fine. Piazza was okay.
Called in on the phone, seems like they out source the calls because the customer service was trying to up sell me on a bunch of stuff. They knew my name & number from a previous order which was nice though. Just keep saying "no" and go about your busy to expedite your order. Pick up was about what you expect, it was okay. They didn't have any to-go plates (which was odd, but maybe it's because of COVID) and people seemed to be running around because they get lots of delivery...read full review
