I’ve waited to post this review to make sure it was not a fluke. I visit many chipotle locations, eat it 3-5 times a week. This one regularly will have long lines for periods as much as 3-5 minutes where no one is being served because they are preparing pick up orders. It could be understaffing but most chipotle’s handle these as two separate production lines. They have the equipment to do so but that seems to not be being optimized properly. Had such a good experience at Chipotle today! Luis and Jessica were cracking me up — good energy, super sweet, and really helpful. I honestly didn’t know what I wanted, and they helped me figure it out while making the whole experience fun. The food was bomb too. The chicken was perfectly seasoned, and the grilled peppers and onions were spicy but so good. Everything tasted fresh and on point like always.
