I know its a fast place restaurant, and they want to just check you out, but they were just too rude. There's ways to be fast and have good customer service.The girl with long red braids was so rude to my mom that I felt so disrespected. She was so impatient. There were literally no customers behind us for them to try and rush us out.

I ordered for takeout and the Steak is all fat. This is disgusting. That’s all the steak they gave me so now im left with a bowl of rice and cheese. Completely lost my appetite. I will not be ordering

Came in after rush hour and the person who was greeting customers was yelling “no veggies” “no guac” with a rude tone and not even apologizing for not having some of the common items customers get. This is the first time I experienced something like this in a Chipotle restaurant, I believe if he would had said it with a different way or tone I wouldn’t left disappointed. I am pretty sure I would not come back to this location.

I went over a year without eating chipotle and I now know why. It was not very good so much fat in the carne asada. As someone who likes his food solely off of texture and flavor. This completely ruined it. Not to mention the guy who served me completely rushed me and made me cut the nice young woman in front of me. Such a shame.

Food doesn’t taste any different from regular chipotle, so good. However on the 5 occasions I’ve been here not a single employee has wrapped my burrito correctly. I understand that burritos by default will have food spilling out of the end, however I can’t get through even 3 bites before any sauces, beans, rice, or cheese begins to pop out the bottom of the burrito, dripping onto my hand and then falling onto whatever unlucky surface is below me. I’ve only experienced this issue once at any chipotle before. Again, I understand burritos will naturally have some food spilling, but it’s so excessive that it’s not even a burrito anymore. It’s a tortilla bowl. Employees could benefit from training in how much food to put into a burrito and how to wrap them tightly and ensure as little filling from spilling onto customers.

my favorite chipotle spot! all the workers are kind and they are always doing the best they can to provide good service. i appreciate the help i got from zacarias, jenny, genesis and julianna! this location is pretty busy due to it being near at least 3 freeway entrances but even then they manage to get you out of there as soon as possible! food is always yummy and i love the guac everytime!!

Walked in with only one person in front of me, no greeting no one looked at me acknowledged me nothing. Finally with no apologies for the 5 min wait she spoke at the lowest volume possible gave me half a bowl of rice 15 beans and barely any meat I asked for more meat and she got the smallest sliver of meat after that I walked out. Never going back to this location. If you don't like your job get a new one
