Came in today Sunday and the customer service was great I was helped by Gilberto he was very courtesies and the food tasted amazing. Thank you Gilberto for being attentive and careful with my food and for your great service. Subway should have more people like him and handsome as well ❤
Very bad service . Some of the employees have no patience. Rude service. Manager should put attention on customer service cause is fatal. Will never come again.
Service is terrible. One time I came into this subway and wanted to order a sub. However, I changed my mind about ordering food after my order was toasted. I felt really embarrassed about that because I didn't mean to waste anyone's time. But, instead of being supportive, the employee didn't respond after I canceled it and spoke to the other employee in Spanish, which they presumably knew I didn't know how to understand. Friendly and fast staff make for a pleasant dining experience, and the location is convenient for students at El Camino College. However, parking can be tricky during lunch hours.
