“Delivery to the Sheraton Gateway Los Angeles Hotel.
Ordered online, prepaid with tip—everything was smooth. Called for an update, got instantly routed from AI to the local store, and they already had my order details. Gave me a delivery window and actually delivered on it—arrived within minutes of the estimate.
Order was accurate, communication was top-notch, and the driver even called ahead.
Minor note: napkins would be nice.

“Ordered 4 pizzas online and had a great experience.. I wanted to modify my order and called and spoke to Walter. What a nice and caring guy. He patiently worked with me on how to modify my online order. Pizza came hot and fresh with a generous amount of toppings. Great value for $10.99 online with the coupon on site. Delicious. No idea why they have poor reviews. We will be back.“
