“I was buying pizza for a party. And I was using the app. I didn't notice I had clicked pick up at later time instead of ASAP. I showed up and the pizzas were not ready. But I explained to the workers what happened and they changed the order and started on them right away. The pizzas were ready 12 minutes later. It gave me just enough time to make a stop @ the grocery store and come back. It timed out perfectly. Thanks for your help and great customer service.“
