Domino's Pizza in Downey

“I want to recognize Alicia Diaz, Daniel Jovonnie, and William for providing outstanding customer service and completely turning around my family's experience with Domino's.

Over the weekend, we had a very disappointing experience at a Domino's location in Florida. The pizza was extremely dry, lacked flavor, and did not meet the quality we expected. Because of that, we were hesitant to order again.

Thankfully, Alicia, Daniel, and William restored our confidence in Domino's. They took the time to listen carefully to every detail of how we wanted our pizza prepared and made sure everything was done exactly right. The pizza came out fresh, flavorful, perfectly cooked, and made with care. You could truly tell they took pride in their work and wanted to make sure we left happy.

What impressed me most was their professionalism, positive attitudes, and genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. They didn't just make great pizza they created a great experience for my entire family. Employees like Alicia Diaz, Daniel Jovonnie, and William are a tremendous asset to Domino's, and they deserve recognition for going above and beyond.

“I might be a little biased if I said five stars on the atmosphere, but it’s because I always go in there to take it out/carry out. The man, Ernie, the manager, is an exemplary supervisor. This man takes his time out to make sure everything is smooth and makes sure orders are correct. He hands me the box when my order is ready. 5 stars just because of this man who makes every one of my orders feel superb. The best manager.“
