“I usually order through the app to avoid waiting time. Food is good is pizza everyone loves pizza. Usually order pepperoni, sausage and lava cakes. Customer service can definitely improve sometimes they are good sometimes they are alright. Downfall is limited parking space.“
“I just have to give a huge shoutout to the amazing staff at this Domino’s location! Every time I order for pickup, the food is always hot, fresh, and delicious—prepared super fast and exactly how I like it. The team here is consistently professional, kind, and welcoming, which makes all the difference. I really appreciate their great attitude and service. The last two times I picked up, I didn’t have tip money on me (sorry!), but I’ll definitely make it up to them next time. They’re absolutely worth it. Thank you all for being awesome! 🍕👏“
“I had placed an order online for family and I mistakenly put the wrong address. I called and they really helped me out! I was stressing thinking someone else got my order, but I was able to change the address to the correct one and the driver re delivered.The male and female that helped over the phone were patient and helped me get it delivered to the right address. “Hey it’s Domino’s so if you are looking for a culinary review, you came to the wrong spot. But, if you are looking for feedback on the service and cleanliness- this location checks all the boxes. Wing stop is right next door. My power move is order a pizza and wings from wing stop.“
“The only reason I'm giving four starts is because it surprises me that for this area, this dominoes does not accept EBT. I think it would be great if they did as there are others that do. BESIDES THAT, the place is clean and the staff greet you as you walk in. The app was quick to download and subscribe to coupons. Easy to use and they let me sit in while I did all of it and ordered online. I came last week too and again, staff were friendly and gave me a paper menu that time.“
“I ordered through the app. My only complaint is when you order through the app before the store opens, it automatically says your pick up time is one hour after they open. You can’t order it and have it picked up 30 minutes after they open. So every time that happens, I have to call the store and request that they make my pizza right away. Annoying as heck. Most of the time they are glad to do it. But this $9.99 deal for all the toppings that you want on a large pizza is a great deal and I will come back as many times as possible to take advantage of this deal.“

“Only one person was working, only two customers in line including myself, I was also late by 10-20 minutes to pick up the food and it still took another 10 minutes to pickup the pizza. Door was not easily seen. Friendly staff though and good pizza . Just my opinion.“
“I know I go to a lot of Domino's. Some are awful, but most, like this one are great. You get what you pay for and when I blow all my money on a hotel or eat at some fancy place I do pick up at Domino's.
This time we ordered nothing but various pastas and I am telling you they are a great deal and they are so good and made to order. I love the mac and cheese with penne and 4 or 5 cheeses and their fettuccini alfredo is just as good at mid range places and it is so tasty, as are all their pastas.
The place is super cute and always clean. We usually do pick up for this place and now and again have delivery.
The prices are so great for what you get. It is not fancy, you want that go elsewhere, it is just super good and I have been hooked for a long time.“

So here goes:HANDS DOWN THE CLEANEST STORE I HAVE EVER VISITED IN MY ENTIRE 38 YEARS OF BEING ON THIS EARTH.Aside from that, the app order for pickup was seamless, swift, precise, or, for lack of a better word, PERFECT. As a person that lives in DTLA, I will GLADLY sit through traffic just to go and enjoy meals from this location.Many, many thanks to the whole team, from front of house to management. If there was ever a reason to adjust quality control to a new standard it would be at/from this location.Oh, I ordered a medium, handmade pan, garlic sauce, cheesesteak, with onions, green peppers, jalapeños and mushrooms and it looked like a commercial shoot when I opened the box. A box so CLEAN, I didn’t see a speck of flour, dust or debris of any kind in or around it. Honestly, feels like life is a simulation and this was my dream come to life.“

“I am updating my review because they seem to have gotten it together. I has to spend hours last time dealing with fraud of my credit, with no help from them at all. I was livid. I thought never again, but my grandson wanted it and it is the closest one to us so tried them again.
Their food was great, it is domino's, not fancy pizza. It is just great when on a budget and and their pastas are just as good as some expensive places.
We got a special where you order two things at a discounted price. We had a great pepperoni pizza and a delicious pasta dish.
We had it delivered and it was fast and hot and the delivery person was ever so nice. He was just great.
I have been to the place and it is always clean. Parking is on the street and it is pretty easy.

They once gave me a pie cut instead of a square cut as I ordered last time, but I understand that it is an unusual cut. They are usually busy due to small staffs but skilled and make pizza well“

“I really liked this Domino’s Pizza. We hosted a rager with some friends and ordered a few pies. One of them was the “Justin Herbert Pizza”—pepperoni, jalapeño, and pineapple. He said it was his favorite during a Tide commercial. People acted like that was disgusting, and yet! It was the most consumed pizza (picture below). So many are unfair to Justin, but he has great taste“

Whenever a mistake has been made, they own it, apologize and make it right.
Any customers gving this store negative reviews isn't telling the complete story. Perhaps they just don't know how to be respectful.

Sometimes I can go to the store an get 3 pizzas the frozen ones for $10 so that doesn’t even come close to the $20+ you will spend here but still the food is made fresh and it’s good service here.
