So I was excited to order my promo half off pizza on line , that although I thought I had ordered a pan style pizza , turns out I had ordered hand tossed and hadn't noticed, when I picked it up I had a disappointment in my face Toni the young man who helped me , offered to make the pizza the right way , " he said don't worry, I'll have it out in 10 minutes " I was happy to hear that because I was really craving the pan pizza , Employees went above and beyond and now I'm happy...read full review
Customer service was ok..I usually order over phone then come in to pick up.. I have noticed since covid that they started using a cheaper pepperoni/ sausage meat ..they are using the chicken pork beef mix..yuck it taste bad. Too bad...I will never order a pizza from them ever..
