“I had such a great first experience at Fire Wings in Downey! Katia and Leo truly made our visit memorable.

Katia was incredibly kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in. Since it was our first time, she walked over, made great suggestions, and made sure we felt comfortable ordering. Her customer service was genuine and attentive without being overwhelming — you can tell she truly cares about her guests.

Leo, the cook, even checked on our food himself, which we really appreciated. The food came out HOT — and honestly, that’s a good problem to have! It was fresh, flavorful, and excellent quality. Everything tasted amazing.

Because of Katia and Leo, I’ll probably return just for them. Their service really stood out. I definitely encourage others to give this place a try — I enjoyed it, and I hope you will too!“

“I love how vintage it feels when you walk in, the jams are fire, it feels like you're at a music record store but you're actually there for a delightful meal!!! I got the 6pc wing combo, with the gala mala and red disco and let me tell you it was sooo good but I definitely recommend the gala mala if you want that spicy kick. we also got the lemon curry with popcorn chicken, supa fire chicken!!! my man got the a chicken sandwich, don't really remember the name but it was fire ahh chicken, I think it was honey something... oh and the service was exquisite!!! super chill spot, not packed and everything is fresh so there is a lil wait time.. I forgot to take pics of the food 😩“

“1st time trying this spot and mannnnn! Was I amazed by everything I got the simple cheese burger combo! Great pricing but of course the burger was juicy! Tasty and the fries are amazing too lots of burger spots lack the fries department but not this place! Will come back for more“

the service was good and timely even though there were an additional 35 customers from the Downey Supper Club that night.
Happy Hour is a good deal there and the wings were tasty. the garlic parmesan dry wings were crispy and the regular buffalo wings had a bit of a kick. i would go again and so should you.“

“I'm giving you 5 🌟 even though today was not the same delicious one 😋 I got. For some reason, the pizza was smelling differently. But not now that I think about it. The taste was also different, and this is why we didn't finish the pizza today. Other days are very good and delicious, just not today something was different, not sure what it was. Maybe it was just a bad day. I will see next time I go buy a pizza 🍕 again.“

“Had the pleasure of visiting Tacos El Sobrino in the city of Downey, CA.
I've been enjoying their food for years from a their location off of 54th Street and Central where they sell Excellent Tendon Tacos. Now, they have this Brick and Mortar location.
I had the Birria Ramen and a Tendon Taco. Everything was delicious! Will be back again.“
