Bad customer service.
The service is hit and miss, same with the quality and taste of the food. The prices are high and getting higher, and the portions are small. The dining area is small and looks dirty.
The parking lot is small and finding parking is challenging.

Great food and quick service! The chicken was crispy and flavorful, just like I remember. The staff was super friendly, making the experience even better. Can't wait to come back for more!
