“Dude absolutely freaking delicious. This is my 3rd time coming to this place. And every time I come, I am craving the cocktail with shrimp and octopus. It taste so fresh and so home made.

The place is always crowed with people ordering. It's a small establishment, but very well organized, super clean and with air conditioning on which keeps it cool inside. Next time, I am going to try the shrimp tacos, as many order them.“

“Even if not stopping on the way home, the charcoal aroma makes their asada of the best fills the street almost everyday providing comfort for us in the neighborhood. As many reviews mention the pastor, it is worth its weight in gold. I bounce back and forth getting each.

My only wish, alongside one review, is that they were on the spicier side... Definitely doesnt diminish the pure excellence of this place though and they're of the best. I'll be back soon and thank you for being in the neighborhood.“

“These are hands down the best tacos I’ve had in LA. And I’ve had a lot of tacos in the country. Plus for the price (2 bucks a taco), you can’t beat eating this stuff. “I see Brother's Cousin Taco stands filled with people every week and I finally got a chance to try. I got there earlier around 5:30, so the line was a lot shorter than usual. It smelled amazing and everyone working there is super nice. The tacos are $2 & filled with meat. I ordered 4, but only finished 2 and the next day the corn tortillas held up so well after I reheated it. Which is solid because most street tacos tortillas will usually fall apart. They had option of hot sauces, including a mild cactus hot sauce. Also a variety of toppings you can stick In a little bag instead of using those plastic ramekins.

This is a cash only establishment but they take Venmo. I will absolutely be back more often since I usually never have cash on me, which is why I didn't go over before. This is truly such a LA Vibe for amazing street food.“

“I finally stopped by Carnitas El Mirarador and wow… this spot seriously lives up to the hype. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and real flavor.

The tacos are next level—the carnitas are perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside with that slight crisp on the outside that just hits right. But what really stood out to me were the tortillas. You can taste that they’re homemade, soft, and fresh, and they make a huge difference in every bite.“

The atmosphere is great because the taco truck is sorta in the shade making a partially seated area. “I never knew there was a Homestate near by, I took my family there after I went to a couple of yelp events where Homestate was featured and loved their tacos, but I have never tried their hibiscus limeade. This was refreshing and amazing. My tijuana pather (brisket taco) fell apart but it was so good. Honestly, I've had several of their tacos and forth worth is my favorite. The potato taco was also decent. These tacos are messy because it is filled. You will leave full after 2 tacos.

The service was also great. They accidently left the bacon in the forth worth and fixed it right away. Even offered 2 cookies because it was busy and had to wait. That's great customer service.

I will be making this location a favorite for tex mex tacos.

Also parking is better after 6, it's only 30 mins prior right in front. This is downtown culver city so there's several lots and I'm not entirely sure about parking in the neighborhood, so just check signs.“

“It is my favorite place to get some tacos and quesadillas "gringas." The food comes with salsa, guacamole, cilantro, and onions. The tacos and corn quesadilla tortillas are made by hand at the moment you order. The tortas and quesadillas gringas are store bought bread and tortillas. They also have sides of bean soup if you want them. Two people can easily eat with around $20.“

“The best Tacos in Venice! I dipped in for a quick bite and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the food. The steak picado and cochinita pibil are flawless. One thing to know, they are not kidding about the spice levels. I’m a medium spice guy, and their medium was at the edge of my tolerance, but still delicious.“
