“Winter today and got the osada burrito Asada burrito for my husband and the Asada tortillas for my daughter. Both said that they are the best that they have had in a while. The burrito was so big that my husband can't even finish it very well proportioned. I recommend this place to anybody because their food is awesome.“

“Even if not stopping on the way home, the charcoal aroma makes their asada of the best fills the street almost everyday providing comfort for us in the neighborhood. As many reviews mention the pastor, it is worth its weight in gold. I bounce back and forth getting each.

“Variety wise Guisados has the most unique flavor profiles for tacos I have come by in long beach. The sampler is a great way to get your whistle wet and see which is your favorite. The tamales will give any abuela a run for her money. The customer service is great and you can taste the love and tradition of put into each bite ❤️“

“So I live in Compton, only a few blocks from the birra spot. I'll be honest, I did not like birria de chivo but I came here for Father's Day because my dad who lives in L.A. wanted to try it. Long story short I had no clue what to order. Gentleman at the window was soo helpful and patient in helping me, the señoras are cooking in the truck so we knew it was going to be good. Anyway my dad loved it, and I tried it and I really enjoyed it. Just be careful with parking the lot they are by was full and and I parked on a side street and I totally missed the sign and got a big fat ticket. ??“

Stopped by before dropping off rental car and heading to airport to get back home and the food was delicious, hot and reasonably priced. I had a steak quesadilla and jarritos mandarin drink for $15. “husband ordered the all meat (pollo/chicken) with no onions and added cheese. Said it was amazing and the chicken was perfectly grilled. I however did not favor my meal. I ordered the meat (half pastor/half lingua) nachos. I think I expected either homemade nacho cheese sauce or cheese blend on chips then put under broiler to melt. what I got was canned nacho cheese sauce that had been thinned down with water as it was rather soupy. The chips sadly turned to mush due to the watery cheese sauce and the easily half cup of red sauce that was poured over the top. Sadly I cannot tell you if the meats were good because they were drowning in red sauce. For 14.00 I expected better quality. we will go back, I will order 2 tacos no sauce next time.“
