“So happy to see this location at 1509 Hawthorne Blvd is finally open again! We’ve missed having them in the neighborhood, and they definitely came back swinging.
The crew here—Mari, Liana, and Daniel—are incredible. They have such high energy and made us feel so welcome the second we walked in. A massive shoutout to Enrique, too—he’s the one behind those legendary fresh salsas! You can tell everything is made fresh daily. The tomatillo salsa is a must-try, and the chipotle salsa is perfectly seasoned with just the right kick.
What really sets them apart is the meat. They season it while it’s cooking, which makes a huge difference in flavor. The steak was perfectly seasoned and so juicy. It’s a totally different experience from your average taco spot. If you’re looking for fresh, authentic, and perfectly spiced food, this is the place“

It's easy to order with my iPhone & I ride my e-bike over to pick up the order(s) which are always ready by the time I get there. Everyone working there is always friendly & already know my name. “Last week I was traveling through LA on my way to Santa Barbara. I had some time to kill so I looked up Poke. Came across this amazing place! I am admittedly new to Poke. The staff took good care of me and I wound up having such a hard decision. I think the spicy Poke might have been might absolute favorite. I can’t wait for my next trip to LA so I can stop there again!“

“Dude absolutely freaking delicious. This is my 3rd time coming to this place. And every time I come, I am craving the cocktail with shrimp and octopus. It taste so fresh and so home made.
The place is always crowed with people ordering. It's a small establishment, but very well organized, super clean and with air conditioning on which keeps it cool inside. Next time, I am going to try the shrimp tacos, as many order them.“

“Early Monday morning. Great service. Ordered the chorizo burrito no beans and the weenie burrito. Both had eggs cooked to perfection. Although I prefer my chorizo mixed in with my eggs. Just a personal preference. Tortillas amazing. Salsa rojo to die for. Would def come back!! Great location near the beach!“

“The best Tacos in Venice! I dipped in for a quick bite and was blown away by the flavors and quality of the food. The steak picado and cochinita pibil are flawless. One thing to know, they are not kidding about the spice levels. I’m a medium spice guy, and their medium was at the edge of my tolerance, but still delicious.“

“I can't expecting great tacos. Wasn't disappointed. What caught me off guard in the best way, though, was that they had pupusas. I love pupusas but feel like I struggle to find some that match my favorite/first love pupusas.
Um, I have a new favorite pupusas. Actual fire 🔥🔥. Let's keep it our little secret, ok? Wouldn't want the OGs to learn.“
“Beef, chicken, and shrimp. ALL AMAZING. Made on the spot. Right by the beach. Master gave me 3 options of hot sauce - I was able to endure the pain of the spiciest one which wasn’t too bad. “🥙☕️💜I am an avid taco lover. We had never been to this adorable Taco Restaurant in Venice Beach before.
The first thing I noticed was how clean it was.
I was now anxious to have my fave food in life - beef tacos! THEY WERE out of this world.
Our entire family enjoyed the food & a quaint ambience. The Coffee is excellent as well.
I give this “Young Kid Shop”’ 5 stars! Because, if it is not on the Menu, I would bet my life Miss NADIA would not only make it, it would be absolutely delicious!
It is the cutest little beach taco shop on the boardwalk in Venice Beach. Check it out.

“Best tacos in North Torrance. Nice family owned restaurant. I ordered two chicken and two al pastor tacos. I like how there was a single tortilla and not doubled up. The chicken meat was juicy and flavorful. Al pastor was very good too. I’ll be going back!“

“I pass by this place every day and finally stopped. Although parking is limited the food is amazing. I had the seafood ceviche combo. It was amazing. I'd definitely have it again yet would love to explore the menu more. If the parking lot is full then drive around the block and circle the neighborhood you're bond to find a place to park. It's definitely worth it.“

“I have gone to another of Mexican Food Restaurants including Frida's and this place is hands Down Going in my Go To Spots the Food Was Amazing. My wife Had the Carne Asada Con Chile Verde and I Had The Same But Chile Rojo. I would definitely recommend this plate if Your not to Good With Spicy Grab The Chile Verde also keep in mind I asked for a side Queso Cotija.“

“I finally stopped by Carnitas El Mirarador and wow… this spot seriously lives up to the hype. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and real flavor.
The tacos are next level—the carnitas are perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside with that slight crisp on the outside that just hits right. But what really stood out to me were the tortillas. You can taste that they’re homemade, soft, and fresh, and they make a huge difference in every bite.“
