“Had my anniversary dinner here. It was awesome. The food was very good, I got the birria quesadilla, and my partner got two quesadilla fritas. It was absolutely delicious. The truck looked very clean and the tables were also. The chairs are sturdy. The horchata was pretty good, on the light side and refreshing. There are planes that fly over but it didn’t bother us. Can’t wait to come back and try the rest of the menu!“

I was now anxious to have my fave food in life - beef tacos! THEY WERE out of this world.
Our entire family enjoyed the food & a quaint ambience. The Coffee is excellent as well.
I give this “Young Kid Shop”’ 5 stars! Because, if it is not on the Menu, I would bet my life Miss NADIA would not only make it, it would be absolutely delicious!

The service was amazing, the girl working the register was strait hustling and being courteous to every single person as dozens piled in 1 after another non stop as I enjoyed my meal at the bar. “I finally stopped by Carnitas El Mirarador and wow… this spot seriously lives up to the hype. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and real flavor.

The tacos are next level—the carnitas are perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside with that slight crisp on the outside that just hits right. But what really stood out to me were the tortillas. You can taste that they’re homemade, soft, and fresh, and they make a huge difference in every bite.“

I’m used to the suadero being deep fried in the oil but it seemed it was actually more of a broth. Suadero meat was then seared/ fried on the grill. “What an amazing experience. I sampled some Horchata and bought a bag of Horchata Mix before I even ordered it was so good and can’t wait to make at home. Staff was friendly, kitchen was super clean and the flavors from the Taco Bistec en Salsa Rojo were so good. I paired it with the habanero salsa which had a nice kick to it. The Chile RellenonTaco was also a very special experience combining so many flavors and textures. Can’t wait to go back!!!“

Stopped by before dropping off rental car and heading to airport to get back home and the food was delicious, hot and reasonably priced. I had a steak quesadilla and jarritos mandarin drink for $15. “Food: The meat is moist, tender and flavorful. Authentic Michoacan style slow cook pork. If you love pork, this is the place to be. I highly recommend the mix carnitas since you get a little of everything. I also love the lengua, pork skins, and buche - the stomach. Portion size is very generous, each order is fully loaded. Service was friendly, and they give you bite size sample while you wait of if you can't decide what to get. You can sit at the bar but plenty of tables inside or outdoor. You get a lot for the price, you can actually split a taco into two.“
