These were the best tacos I've ever had! I didn't know I needed mangos on my tacos but now i'll accept nothing less! You gotta try Randy's!!
Rolled tacos are the bomb...
Mom picked this place out. And she was spot on about this place great customer service. The food was amazing. I thought it was going to be like a taquito but it was actually a rolled taco made Randy's way! I will be back.

Randy’s Rolled Tacos is a nice, unique rolled taco spot in Carson. The service is great, and though you order at a kiosk, someone comes from the back and helps you, making it a pleasant experience. The rolled tacos are flavorful and fresh, and the toppings really bring everything together. The potato taco is a favorite, with the chicken coming in a close second, and the spicy chicken is definitely the way to go. The tacos are crispy, crunchy, and the filling is surprisingly moist, with plenty of cheese and lettuce on top and a red salsa with a nice kick. The vegetarian tacos are so good they might be a favorite, and the food tastes like it was made with love. Everything is made fresh to order, from the guac, mango pico de gallo, beans and chips to the lemon Bundt cake, which is incredibly moist and topped with the sweetest, lemony sauce. The four rolled tacos “Randys Way” are loaded with cheese, guacamole, sour cream, and shredded lettuce. It is a cozy little spot with only a few tables, seeming more like a carryout location, and there is easily parking on the street. The place is owned and operated by a family, and the staff and chef are friendly. It is a great little spot with flavorful food and excellent service, and it is worth supporting a small business in the neighborhood.
