Savanah provides excellent customer service. She is very kind, helpful, and always willing to assist. She made my experience a great one, and I truly appreciate all her help!
My mom went in the drive thru and ordered 2 special grill items. When she got home, she didn't get what she asked for. I returned to the store the manager had no problem making a new order with no charge. And with a smile.
I don’t remember her name exactly, but I believe it was Hava. She started her shift today around 3:00 p.m.
I wanted to leave this review because she has such a great energy and is genuinely kind. You can tell she’s not just being nice because it’s her job—she is truly a very friendly and caring person.

McDonald's in Carson offers a variety of fresh and tasty meal options, with friendly and efficient staff. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, providing ample seating both indoors and outdoors. While customer service is generally pleasant, there have been instances of poor attitude and incorrect orders. The atmosphere is overall satisfactory, with jazz music playing in the mornings and afternoons.
