I finally stopped by Carnitas El Mirarador and wow… this spot seriously lives up to the hype. From the first bite, you can tell everything is made with care and real flavor.
The tacos are next level—the carnitas are perfectly cooked, juicy on the inside with that slight crisp on the outside that just hits right. But what really stood out to me were the tortillas. You can taste that they’re homemade, soft, and fresh, and they make a huge difference in every bite.
