“We stopped by for a quick coffee and a banmi sandwich and were blown away by the quality and taste. The Vietnamese coffees are incredible and the sandwich was better than I remember on my visit to Hanoi. The prices are reasonable and the atmosphere inside quite nice and now I know why this place is always packed! Want to come back for the noodle soup which look amazing.“

“Phorage on Overland in Los Angeles is a great spot for a relaxed meal with a fresh take on Vietnamese cuisine. The menu has a cool mix of traditional and modern dishes that are both tasty and unique. The Pho Birria is absolutely incredible. 10/10“

“I come to this place 4x a week whenever I am back in LA, no joke. Nicest people who manage the place, man and woman. Everything is perfect — The pho is heavenly, the bahn mi is savory. The iced coffee is strong, which is what you need. Always a perfect experience.“

“Nong La has a dedicated Canto Viet man diligently directing the back of the house day in and day out, making sure the food hits their level of comfortable consistent cuisine, which won’t exactly blow minds or taste buds, but fills an exotic unfamiliar question mark into a manageable modern meal. But there’s this really Skinny Canto Viet lady bossing a bunch of diverse ppl around… she’s kinda scary at times and fiery at times… I suspect Nong La (Nong La means Burning) was named after the hot heat came from her own… hot… …..!😉🤓🔥🥵)“

“This place is amazing. The pho portions are huge, delicious, and affordable. The banh mi and spring roll appetizers are especially good. It’s a short walk away from the liveliness of downtown Culver. And the staff are all so friendly and kind! Highly recommend Phovorite for your next pho outing.“

“Food was amazing! We got papaya salad, Tom Yum seafood, Pad Kee mao, green curry, and mango sticky rice and they were all good. Be careful asking for the spicier levels because they make it actually spicy. It's ~10 min walk away from Beverly Center“

“There is no question the food is delicious, but on Wednesday, July 8, 2026, at about 4:30 pm, I visited the restaurant with my co-worker.
We ordered two seafood soups and asked the waitress for separate bills. Instead, we had a nightmare of a time because we both got charged for 6 SOUPS!
After I checked my bank and realized that I was over charged by $46, I asked to speak with the manager.
The manager refused to acknowledge that they had made a mistake and would not refund me the overpayment.
After several minutes of arguing, they finally gave us a partial refund.
Definitely not going back!“

“We had chicken wontons, vegan pho and chicken pho. My husband fell in love with chicken wontons and that’s why we visited phorage multiple times after our first visit. Both the vegan and the chicken pho were very flavorful. The staff was very kind and we had a great time at the weho location.“

“Cute little place and staff was very nice. My chicken pho was good but lacked the consummé depth of a traditional pho --- chicken bouillon isnt it, fam. Noodles were good and Salad Rolls were okay... Good option but ive definitely had better, especially in Southern California.“

“Arrived near closing time but decided to try it. There was metered street parking a short distance from the place. Located in Santa Monica (Montana Ave.) it was small but cozy. The owner was welcoming as I entered. I ordered the shrimp & pork spring rolls and the Pho Ga (shredded chicken). Definitely a bit too much food but I was satisfied with everything. I would definitely stop by again to try their Banh Mi or Bowls.“
