“Short Rib pho was amazing! Meat was tender and falling off the bone. The bone broth has a ton of flavor.Definitely worth the price. Some other places charge way more.If you dine in, you can get free noodle refills. One bowl already had enough noodles though.“

“Must order: pork chop with rice, house special fried rice.I've tried a lot of Vietnamese restaurants in the Valley, and this place has the best pork chop. It's so good. The rice plate comes with some veggies and a fish sauce dipping sauce. The house special fried rice has a lot of different meats including Chinese sausage! Delicious.It's a clean restaurant, plenty of tables, and very friendly service. Parking is free and easy. Closed on Tuesdays. Highly recommend this hidden gem.“
“Takeout experience only since I'm a lazy lady. The vegan pho was phenomenal! Like better than any other Asian veggie soup I've had in AGES! Nice amount of veggies, flavorful broth, good portion, and it travels well. The stir-fried spicy lemongrass imitation beef is really good and has the best texture. I think it's a little too much lemongrass for me but we still get a portion every time we order. The mixed tempura is battered nicely! Always a hit. The stir-fried tofu and mushroom plate is so tasty but so small. I wish the portion size was a little bigger since neither of these ingredients is that expensive, ya know? I need to try a few other things on the menu. I've tried the vegetarian stir fried flat noodles, the vegetarian udon, the catfish stewed with green onion... these weren't bad, but they won't be my repeat order. Overall, I really enjoy their pho and this will be part of our regular rotation!“
“We've been coming here and getting takeout since we moved to the neighborhood 6 years ago and the food is always delicious. The Pho!!!! (We've had chicken, beef filet and the duck) is always amazing with beautiful, clear yet so flavorful broth. We also love the fried spring rolls with the chicken which we wrap in the lettuce leaves and dip into the delicious sauce. The whole chicken and pork chops are also excellent. The Hanoi style fish is always a star when we get it. The food is always super fresh. My only comment is sometimes they are a little stingy with the condiments and garnishes and we always have to ask for enough to enjoy the food but it's worth it because it never fails to please everyone.“

“We have been going to this place since my daughter is 10yrs old. New owner upgrades the place looks so amazing, very clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, fast service and accurate taking orders. Food so delicious everything is fresh. Price very reasonable or I should say affordable. “If you want a ton of meat, I recommend getting the short rib pho S3. Literally four times the beef that you'd get from a normal steak pho but just a couple dollars more. I was told they don't have a large version and I can see why-- I was expecting a single small rib but got two large ones surrounded by giant chunks of meat. The noodles barely fit into the bowl given how huge the ribs were, and the meat was pretty darn good to boot.Hopefully they keep this as the standard portion!“

“I love Pho and am very hard to please when it comes to a good pho. I have been to many pho restaurants and have not been impressed at all. The West Hills Pho 1, however, despite being much more distance than many others close to me are my ideal pho place. It's a clean and nice place, the food is served so quickly within few minutes of ordering, the quality and amount of pho served is wonderful, I order chicken pho, there was such generous amount of chicken white meat in there, generous amount if the soup, noodles, fresh mung bean sprouts, fresh basil, fresh and juicy lemon halfs which I asked for, I love lots of lemon juice in my pho. This is by far THE MOST DELICIOUS AND BEST PHO I HAVE EVER TRIED.“

I got #1-pho special and my husband got #4 also pho ? still delicious, we both almost emptied the huge bowl but the broth towards the end felt too salty, still as good as I remembered it and price is somewhat affordable compared to other places6 years ago:Love their pho, my husband love their #51. Portions are big for the pho and I'm always full, satisfied and happy after consuming the big bowl of noodles and broth.Very occasionally I order the porridge with ofalls and deep fried bread - just hit the spot for me. Prices are still affordable even though they've raised a little. Everyone that I brought to this place enjoys their food. It's a very simple restaurant, nothing fancy and get very crowded during meal times.“
“If you want delicious pho in a HUGE quantity, then Pho So 1 is the place to go. Im not sure if there's parking behind the store as it's located on a busy street. Every time I've come here, I've been lucky to find street parking (metered).The prices here are great. I like to call them "inflation busters" because they didn't exorbitantly raise them like other restaurants. For that reason, it remains a staple in the valley and a strong competitor to other chains in the area. The broth is delicious and the meat portions are generous.
