Best Pho noddle in town!!! Tried the dumplings and shrimp very tasty! The egg rolls are delicious and crispy just like the fried chicken! The sweet sauce over the rice is amazing! Great authentic clean food, very generous with portions, and prices are super affordable!!! A must try and much recommended!
Best chicken special in the west valley, my opinion. Owner a sweet man, they take care of you and there pretty fast. I've been coming here for years. It's my son's favorite chicken and he loves chicken.

We have been going to this place since my daughter is 10yrs old. New owner upgrades the place looks so amazing, very clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, fast service and accurate taking orders. Food so delicious everything is fresh. Price very reasonable or I should say affordable. When we are lazy to prepare our dinner, just go straight to Bale Valley. I highly recommend Bale Valley to you all, those who been to this place 100% agreed with me.
