We have been going to this place since my daughter is 10yrs old. New owner upgrades the place looks so amazing, very clean and bright. The staff are very friendly, fast service and accurate taking orders. Food so delicious everything is fresh. Price very reasonable or I should say affordable. When we are lazy to prepare our dinner, just go straight to Bale Valley. I highly recommend Bale Valley to you all, those who been to this place 100% agreed with me.

Best Pho noddle in town!!! Tried the dumplings and shrimp very tasty! The egg rolls are delicious and crispy just like the fried chicken! The sweet sauce over the rice is amazing! Great authentic clean food, very generous with portions, and prices are super affordable!!! A must try and much recommended!

This is favorite pho place in the valley. Trust me, I’ve tried other pho place and they just taste dirty. I love the chicken here too. Their serving is of good amount. The only thing I don’t enjoy here is the goi cuon, idk. It’s Vietnamese they should master it by now. I hope they become more consistent with everything, like how hot the broth is because sometimes it’s not as hot. Even with how fresh the chicken is. But still good and clean.

Honestly really bad experience. Went in for dine in and 2 people were paying for their pick up order. I didn't want to interrupt or impose on the person at the front, so grabbed a menu to see what I wanted then put it back and resumed my wait. As they finish paying another person walks in and the person at the front seats them the second they walk through the door and still didn't even acknowledge me. I just turned around and walked out. Sorry I couldn't review your food or leave a positive review, this was pretty trivial but also pretty bad.

Balle Valley restaurant is a great place . They get the food to the table pretty fast . Easy to communicate and to order . You get what you pay for. Its a walking distance from my house so it's convenient.

Some of the most diverse Vietnamese menu you can find in the area. They have it all, from pho to Vietnamese fried chicken, which is incredible BTW. Make sure you get that chicken. The egg rolls/spring rolls are okay, but I've had better. All in all, I'd definitely recommend coming here especially if you want more than just soup.
