“I'm in the area for work and I started coughing today. I wanted either bun bo hue or pho tai to hopefully help boost my immune system and health. Luckily I found this place. Even though it's a holiday and they were about to close, they still graciously let me sit and eat. I had good pho tai with tendon - and the tendon was very soft! The owners are very nice.. so if you ever have a bad comment or think they lack service - remember how damn tired they probably are as a mom + pop shop. Just be grateful you get to eat there ????“

“I am a frequent visitor at this place and the food quality always impresses me. The taste is outstanding, making every dish irresistible. Though I am not usually a huge fan of noodles, I find their vegetable pho exceptional. The flavors are harmoniously blended together, creating a wonderful dining experience. I am convinced that I will keep coming back for more.
Vegetarian options: They offer vegetable dishes
Parking: Parking lot is limited Infront of the store, but there is more around the shopping center.
Wheelchair accessibility: Flat surface throughout.“

“Ocrober 14, 2024
I've been coming to this place for 24 years (since year 2000). It was introduced by my grand father when I was still in highschool and I still come here regularly. The soup is ofcourse as good as every pho restaurants' as well as the pork eggrolls. It's next to the Bangluck market and A&W restaurant. It's nice to come here during cold weather or winter. Their parking lot can get full because it's kinda small and it can get too busy.“

“Best Banh Mi sandwich in the valley phosure! The way it is supposed to be made, butter and pate with amazing pickled veggies. Throw some soy sauce on the bread and you are transported back to your childhood eating these sandwiches! Cant wait to try them all!“

“Voted BEST of the Southland for San Fernando Valley and Ventura by the LA Times for 2023!
Great family owned and authentic Vietnamese food with a diverse menu. They’re known for having some of the best pho in the valley. Their broth is top-notch! A great place for Pho in the Chatsworth area.
BBQ Pork Fresh Spring Rolls with a fantastic peanut sauce
Bún Bò Hué (Spicy Hue’s Beef) had a very flavorful broth that wasn’t too spicy (Got medium spice level) It came with large rice vermicelli noodles.
Cơm chiên sài gòn was a combination Saigon fried rice with shrimp, pork, Vietnamese sausage and mixed veggies. My absolute favorite!! It’s a simple dish with complex flavors!!“

“Most Pho restaurant I have been at were good except this place is a little better. Their service is not only good but their soup is a little better and the meat in the soup is little more than others. They also serve coconut and thai iced tea.“

“We have sampled very authentic pho from little saigon in bay area. We had a long day here and wanted to try pho and its soup. Didn’t have great expectation when we stopped at woodland hills. But we were really impressed as their pho get the beef broth right. The owner told me they spend hours preparing the soup. Their beef cuts and thinness are very authentic. Being located in an area without many Vietnamese, Saigon Brothers still manages to keep the key ingredients of pho is remarkable. Besides, quantity of beef and noodle is abundant. With authentic soup, beef (including tendon), it can’t go wrong if you want to try pho.“

“Number one I’m a huge Vietnamese food fan growing up in Seattle I got to eat it all the time and I absolutely love this place they’ve done so well to make the food convenient and easy and it’s perfect to enjoy outside. I had to of course had to have the pho with beef and tendon it was the number two on the menu I was greeted immediately and by the way everybody is very friendly, even the interior of the restaurant makes me excited for the days when we can actually go back inside again. They kept everything very clean sanitizers available at the front desk if you want good cheap food then you need to come here this place is beautiful they’re working very hard I am coming back!! One thing I love is to get the extra peppers of course in hot weather that’s not desirable but vitamin C and healthy content load up the bean sprouts let the broth soak in through the super mouth watering I’m going to try many other items on the menu!“

“Every time I come here the food gets better. It’s definitely my favorite place for pho. Large portions, deep rich broth, and super flavorful chili paste made in house. I’m very happy to support this small family restaurant. This place or any of the popular pho chains to shame. I mostly go for take out, but they are very friendly if you want to hang.“

“First time trying Pho in the US, the restaurant has good hygiene condition, wide range of choices from rice to noodles , spring rolls and I was quite surprised how big the bowl of Pho I got (double size compared to Vietnamese pho) . It’s more like Southern Pho (Saigon Pho), served with herb, lime and green peppers, free siracha and hoishin sauces . The broth was good tho, never been so full, there’s Asian market and boba store there, perfect trio
Parking: In front of the restaurant“
“Great new place. I'm seriously here every other day. Food is amazing. Been vegan for 5+ years now and this place makes the best queso I've ever had. My favorite is the Chipotle Burrito with jackfruit! I also get a side of vegan queso to dip my burrito in. I usually come in but they are also available for online order/delivery. You sometimes have to wait a bit because they make everything fresh but it's beyond worth it. They use sweet and savory flavors together and it's like magic. Will keep coming back. Definitely recommend.“

“The rare steak and brisket pho was delicious, and the portions were generous. Parents had the vegan pho and the jjam pho, and they really liked their choices. The egg rolls and the vegetable fried rice were quite good as well. Very friendly service. I'll be coming back here for sure.“

“Unlike other Thai food we have had. Felt more authentic and had unique dishes we had never seen before. Tiny little place at the end of a dingy swap meet but the excellent service and loved everything we got.
Vegetarian options: Dishes could be done with or without meat
Parking: Large parking lot
Wheelchair accessibility: Seems accessible. Might be a little tight in some of the swap meet aisles.“

“I love Pho and am very hard to please when it comes to a good pho. I have been to many pho restaurants and have not been impressed at all. The West Hills Pho 1, however, despite being much more distance than many others close to me are my ideal pho place. It's a clean and nice place, the food is served so quickly within few minutes of ordering, the quality and amount of pho served is wonderful, I order chicken pho, there was such generous amount of chicken white meat in there, generous amount if the soup, noodles, fresh mung bean sprouts, fresh basil, fresh and juicy lemon halfs which I asked for, I love lots of lemon juice in my pho. This is by far THE MOST DELICIOUS AND BEST PHO I HAVE EVER TRIED.“

“Fantastic Bánh mì - pork and pâté Just $4.75. The baguette was perfect. Crusty outside soft in the middle. The vegetables on the sandwich were so fresh and crunchy. Mayo is included on the sandwich, but there was so little I hardly noticed. This sandwich did not need anything else. I’m going back to try the rest of them. 9-10 varieties Bánh mì. 10 inch roll. I ate half in the Am and half at lunch. Again, just $4.75!“
