It does get pretty crowded. Great pho with generally short wait times.
The food is very flavorful and fresh. The portion of accompanying greens and limes are always plentiful. Every protein I’ve had from there is phenomenal. The fried eggrolls were the perfect amount of crisp, the dipping sauce was delicious and the flavor was amazing. First time trying Pho So 1, and honestly, it wasn’t bad! The service was quick, and they got my food out really fast, which I definitely appreciated.
The food was good overall, but it could definitely use a little more flavor. Everything was a bit on the bland side for my taste, and that’s really the main reason I’m giving it 4 stars instead of 5.
Overall, not a bad spot, and I’d be open to trying it again. 🍜
