Loved getting spring rolls from here but the customer service is unbelievable. I've never had to write a negative review but they were undeniably rude when I requested a refund/credit because they made a mistake with my order. I do not eat pork, so i requested just shrimp and they still messed up and blamed it one me even tho Ik what they put in their spring rolls which why I request JUST shrimp, that is why I specify multiple times but whoever takes phone orders claimed I did not. They muted themselves over the phone and did not respond when I called out. I tried calling them again they did not pick up. I hate being this person but watch out for whoever takes phone orders.

Been a few years since we've been here and they've modernize the place. Menu got an update as well. I got #1-pho special and my husband got #4 also pho ? still delicious, we both almost emptied the huge bowl but the broth towards the end felt too salty, still as good as I remembered it and price is somewhat affordable compared to other places6 years ago:Love their pho, my husband love their #51. Portions are big for the pho and I'm always full, satisfied and happy after consuming the big bowl of noodles and broth.Very occasionally I order the porridge with ofalls and deep fried bread - just hit the spot for me. Prices are still affordable even though they've raised a little. Everyone that I brought to this place enjoys their food. It's a very simple restaurant, nothing fancy and get very crowded during meal times.

I have been coming to pho so 1 for easily 7 years and it has always been great up until like 4 months ago when they changed to using the aluminum bowls.The meat quality has fallen 100 fold and the broth doesn't have that great aroma it used to have. The service is the usual but forsure the pho tai, the chicken pho should probably be overlooked. It hard to say but now pho 999 from across the street might be worth looking at now that the quality is this poor and especially that they raised the prices.

I love how they all talk to me like i’m a homie. By im not vietnamese, chao! They all welcomed me with their beautiful asian pho, my daughter was so impressed she ate the whole pho bowl without needing to watch her cocomelon all the time. This shocked me and ever since, I came to this place and ate the food while my daughter chugs it up! Like period! I love this place so much, the service, the beautiful place, and the delicious food shocked me to the bone. I definitely recommend going here, especially with kids!Kid-friendliness: My daughter’s first words were pho!

Solid Vietnamese restaurant. Really good pho and bun thit nuong. Egg rolls are also great but give them a minute before digging in because they are served fresh from the fryer. Don't expect 5 star service. That's not what you go to this restaurant for.

I don’t normally write any reviews on my lunch dinning experience, this is an excellent opportunity. The service is fast . So fast I thinking they don’t wash any of there greens before taking them to the customer. Check out the living bug that crawled into my napkin from my lunch plate. By the way they still made me pay when I brought this to there attention. Not going to rant more just information for the future customers. Sunday lunch Rams vs Cardinals game day.
