A small business on the corner of Van Owen and Sepulveda in a plaza.I found this place on google and since it had positive reviews I brought my daughter here. She loved it! It is rolled ice cream with toppings and other flavorsAs you walk in, you will see an employee rolling up the ice cream in preparation to add to a dish.Pretty generous portions for 1-2 scoops, toppings included. First time trying this place and it was great. I really enjoyed the horchata flavor and would definitely like to try their other offerings. They do have a few ready to serve flavors if you’re just looking for a quick scoop or two to go. They have a few tables inside if you want to sit and enjoy your dessert. Located in a strip mall, so parking isn’t too bad.
