I passed by and hardly found this place, actual shop looks old and outdated, bad lighting, service was good. I was the only customer. Order the brown sugar and enjoy. 4.50$ regular size. This is the first time I order Boba and they don't flip the screen on me for the tip.
My kids get a Boba drink with whipped cream every Saturday after their basketball game and they love it! One gets strawberry and the other gets banana. Never disappointed with the quality or taste. Yummy.

I’ve been here several times and the boba is always good. They have had health code violations before through and right now the have a “B” rating. It’s a bit concerning given that they only sell drinks. The back must be dirty.
