“The stir-fried noodles with chicken and broccoli at this place were honestly the best part of my night after the Dodgers game. I am basically the whole package, so a smart, cute guy should reach out before someone else catches on. You know where to find me.“

“It does get pretty crowded. Great pho with generally short wait times.
The food is very flavorful and fresh. The portion of accompanying greens and limes are always plentiful. Every protein I’ve had from there is phenomenal. The fried eggrolls were the perfect amount of crisp, the dipping sauce was delicious and the flavor was amazing. The spring rolls are always fantastic, served with a tangy, not too sweet, perfectly balanced sauce.
Because it’s so busy, you do need to wave down or get the attention of a server if you need anything. But they’re very quick, very kind, and exceptionally polite.“

“Amazing vegan ramen with great flavors. There's something for everyone here! The signature ramen with gyoza comes with a smokey flavor that was delightful. I particularly loved the yuzu sesame ramen. The curry ramen was perfect for my mom who likes Indian flavors, the garlic miso ramen is great for garlic lovers and the spicy miso is great for those who like spice! Will definitely come back!“

“The Pho is enough for 2 people and it's delicious! We have had both the chicken and the Wagu beef. Also, the rice plates with fried rice and either Wagu beef or spicy pork is really good. We get one of each (Pho and rice plate) and share. We are quite full and satisfied when we finish! And the prices are very reasonable.“

“One of several new malatang places in the area, Bruin Bowl is not a large place, but they seem to have a solid selection of meats, veggies, noodles, and seafood despite their modest size. Both the bone broth and the chicken/fish maw soup bases are pretty tasty too. Excellent option if you're in the area.“

“Swadikaa 🙏
if it has to be Thai, it has to be NAT
One of the best Thai food experiences in Los Angeles! If you're a Thai food lover, this place is an absolute must-visit. And if you haven't tried it yet, you're truly missing something in life.
The food is authentic, incredibly flavorful, and the portions are amazing — one dish is easily enough for two people. Every bite feels like comfort food made with love.
What makes this place even more special is the owner and chef, Nata. She serves every guest with so much warmth and care that you'll feel as if your own mother is cooking and serving you. She is sweet, approachable, open to suggestions, and always makes you feel right at home.
Great conversations, outstanding hospitality, and unforgettable food — this place has it all. It's not just a restaurant; it's an experience. Highly recommended, and definitely one of the hidden gems of Los Angeles!“

“A small place tucked away in a plaza. The restaurant was quiet with regulars that chatted with the staff. I got dumpling soup. I chose the combo option for kimchi and beef dumplings. We also got sujebi with sweet pumpkin dough flakes. The dumpling soup was very flavorful and had many toppings, including egg, seaweed shreds, and green onion. The amount was quite good for its price. The sujebi was very rich and starchy. The banchan was good as well.“

The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and everything was well organized even during busy hours. The Halo-Halo and siopao were especially good, and the portions were satisfying. Definitely a solid spot for comfort Filipino-Chinese food in the area. Looking forward to coming back again soon!”“

“I got the lunch special for 14.50, and a strawberry iced tea. Amazing and just right amount of spice on the red curry and the salad dressing was lovely. Even had some curry and rice to look forward to as leftovers. The person at the register was super kind and genuine, asking if I enjoyed the meal. Great lunch deal, parking in the neighborhoods off the main street.“

“First, I want to say that the restaurant is located in a beautiful area. Walking around the neighborhood was incredibly enjoyable and made the whole experience even better.
When it comes to the restaurant itself, I honestly don't have enough words to describe how amazing it was. I found out that the pasta is handmade rather than pre-made, and it's brought fresh from Italy every evening. That surprised me and made dining there even more special.
The pasta I ordered was prepared with white wine. The portion looked a bit small at first, but it was very filling and absolutely delicious.
I would also like to give special recognition to the manager. She was incredibly kind, welcoming, energetic, and made us feel comfortable throughout our visit. We were even treated to a delicious pasta that wasn't yet on the menu, which was such a thoughtful gesture. I will definitely come back just for that pasta!
Everything was excellent—the atmosphere, the people, the food, and the service. I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.
I would love to see more seafood pasta dishes added to the menu, and I can't wait to visit again.“

“Been wanting to try this place for a couple years now. Glad we finally did. Excellent food, much better than any Jinya Ramen. We had a bunch of appetizers. Indeed, their Takoyaki was amazing, Howard Yang! 😍 We had 2 seasonal specials, the Spicy Crispy Shrimp Roll and the cold Tan Tan ramen. Both were fantastic, albeit a bit too spicy for me. Service is super friendly. We will definitely be back. Want to try a bunch of other things, including the hot ramens.“

“Superb Thai food. I loveeeeeee coming here. 🙂 The host (Nick) always greets me with a huge smile and I thoroughly vouch for the customer service. I’ve been coming here for 8 years. I enjoy the Pad Thai and the green curry. I got a special treat for my birthday. They are like family. This restaurant is awesome. The flavors remind me of my travels to Bangkok in 2019. Authentic flavors and even better hospitality. This is why Hae Ha Heng deserves a 10 starts out of 5 stars. Outstanding!!!!!!“

“Been coming here for as long as I can remember - I suppose as long as this iteration has existed. The H.Way Frontier is a place you’re introduced to early on if you’re below the line film crew in Burbank running with a rigging or art dept./set Dec crew. This storefront carries on the tradition as I’ll often bump into fellow industry crew here.
All that stuff is well and good but the real reason we congregate here is THE FOOD. There are other good Chinese restaurants in LA but this place to me is by far the best. Consistently wonderful, delicious, very good portion sizes and a nice menu variety. It’s quick (15 minutes or less) and the lunch specials are a great deal. I’m not usually this gushy about anything but Frontier Wok Too deserves every bit of praise I can throw at it. If my family is in the mood for Chinese Food there’s only one choice for us and that is right here. With no traffic it’s still a 20 minute drive one way but it’s worth every minute once we’re sitting down to eat it. You can’t go wrong at Frontier Wok Too. If you haven’t tried it you simply must and you can be the judge.“

“I visited this place on 04/07/2026, and saying that I liked it would be an understatement.
The service was 100 out of 10. The waiter knew the menu very well and was able to make great recommendations. I ordered the coconut milk soup with seafood, and it was absolutely delicious. There was a lot of seafood in it, and the portion was very generous.
We also ordered chicken and drinks. Honestly, the amount of food they brought us could easily feed three people. For $49 total, it was definitely worth it.
I also want to mention the honesty and kindness of the staff. I accidentally left my AirPods at the table, and the waitress found my car in the parking lot and personally returned them to me. That really impressed me and says a lot about the level of service and care they provide.
The atmosphere was calm, pleasant, and very welcoming. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back again.“

“We used to have a Paik Noodle’s in our area, and it sadly closed 😭😭. Excited to find one within driving distance. Very clean, good service, and the food was delicious!
We walked in really late but they were very hospitable and we were still able to eat in.
We ordered the jjajangmyeon, tangsuyuk, soy garlic wings, and sweet and spicy wings. Everything was delicious. You can’t go wrong.
They gave us some jjambong (soup only) as well. That was also delicious. We seriously ate it all.“

“Mountain Noodles offers an extensive variety of Korean dishes, which initially made me skeptical about their focus on noodles. However, I was surprised to find that their menu cleverly builds on a foundation of decent meat broth with slight variations.
I tried their signature dish, the beef noodles, and opted for the mild spicy version, which unexpectedly came with kimchi in the soup. I would recommend going with the regular flavor to fully appreciate the rich flavor of the broth. Kimchi is also served as a standard side dish. The ribs in the noodles were perfectly cooked, and the noodles themselves were delightfully chewy and tasty.
While the service was not particularly friendly or proactive, it didn't significantly detract from the overall quality of the food. Mountain Noodles is a solid choice for anyone craving varolious and well-prepared Korean cuisine.“

“The Kuromayu Ramen was very good and very filling. The broth was yummy. I feared it was going to be salty but it wasn’t. The marinated egg was sooo good and the yolk was perfectly jammy. I wasn’t a big fan of the noodles but they were decent.
There is a mechanic humming sound that is quite loud and distracting. The atmosphere of the place could have been better if it was perhaps quieter. But, otherwise for a Saturday, there was no wait. The staff was very kind. The decor is nice and the place is exceptionally clean.“

“Finally made it here after seeing some reels on IG. It absolutely lives up to the hype. We got seated easily with no wait on a Friday night at 7pm for 2 people. We got the seafood and green onion pancake (our favorite), the hot stone pot rice with seafood, and the noodles with young summer radish kimchi (cold noodle soup dish). Would highly recommend the pancake! I’d say get the hot stone pot rice with beef or pork. The service was great; there’s a sweet older woman who took our order, mixed our wasabi into our soy sauce and literally put it on the pancake for us and she also boxed up our food. The restaurant got busy, but the food still came out quickly! Great spot, definitely will go back.“

“Great Cantonese restaurant! My family has been coming to this restaurant for many years and the food is delicious and cooked like in Hong Kong. We had filet mignon and asparagus, sea food chow mein, Peking duck, snow pea leaf and mixed vegetables - mushroom, bok choi, fried tofu, bean sprouts, and broccoli (vegetarian dish). This place has a lot of old clientele, and tbe food is delicious.“

“Wow I can’t believe how incredible the food is here. This is not your typical Korean bbq. This is elevated and intentional Korean food with impeccable, full table service. I tried the $185 combo today and added a $12 nengmyun. Keep in mind it’s Pyeongyang style nengmyun and is different than what you may think is “standard” nengmyun. The meat quality is fantastic here. Really nice marbling. The standout for me was the galbi. So tender and struck a nice balance between the soy and the sweetness for me. The ssam and banchan are also so beautifully presented. The soups at kbbq tend to be an afterthought type of filler dish, but they don’t do regular soups here. The doenjang jjigae was made like my grandma makes, with a deep, umami anchovy based broth. They even utilized shiitake mushroom in it, which I have never seen before. Definitely an additional umami flavor to the dish, but this is really what I mean by everything is intentional. The spicy beef rib soup is my recommendation for the soup for the combo. It’s like the best yukgaejang/galbitang crossover I’ve ever had. The clean aftertaste from the radish in it is fantastic. The flavors of the different ingredients used really stood out to me. The nengmyun broth had a deep beef flavor and touch of sweetness that was simply perfect once I added in mustard and vinegar. The noodles are not my personal preference (I like hamheung style), but the broth is just *wow*. I was quite impressed to say the least. The meal combo was enough for 3 of us. They began to really fill up around 6:30. I can’t recommend this place enough.“

“I've eaten here four times and the food is always great. However, today I tried the Salted Cinnamon Cold Foam Cold Brew, and I will never be the same. It is the best coffee drink I've ever had, and it isn't even close. I don't even have words to describe it, it's just amazing. The staff is friendly and the food is fresh and tasty. I want to try the other coffee drinks now too, but I can't comprehend how a drink could taste better than this. Thank you Vui Ve, you changed a man's life today.“

“FIVE STARS ALL THE WAY!!
Went here with my kid and my mom last weekend. My eyes were bigger than my stomach as I proceeded to order more food than needed. We ordered a Mapo Tofu, a Juicy Pork Dumpling, a Pork Wonton in Spicy Sauce, a Green Onion Pancake and their marquee dish, Chongqing Crispy Chicken. Without a doubt, each dish was fire, but the Pork Wonton in Spicy Sauce really blew my socks off. The flavor was on point, and it wasn't very spicy. While I like it spicy, I know a lot of people don't like it. So this dish is perfect for people who want to like it spicy, but can't quite handle it. We ordered two rices, but in retrospect we should have ordered three... The Mapo Tofu demands more rice.
The restaurant was very clean, and the staff were very polite and accomodating. For now I can honestly I have found my new favorite Chinese restaurant in the valley. I will continue to go back here any time I have a hankering for Chinese, which is not true, because I always have a hankering for Chinese. The restaurant is like 20+ minutes away from my house, so it just isn't practical, and it is a tad expensive to be doing that. I think we got out of there after tip around $90, but again, it was a lot of food, and I had enough leftovers for another lunch for two. Definitely check it out!“
