Gabin Korean Grill Reviews
Wow I can’t believe how incredible the food is here. This is not your typical Korean bbq. This is elevated and intentional Korean food with impeccable, full table service. I tried the $185 combo today and added a $12 nengmyun. Keep in mind it’s Pyeongyang style nengmyun and is different than what you may think is “standard” nengmyun. The meat quality is fantastic here. Really nice marbling. The standout for me was the galbi. So tender and struck a nice...read full review
I recently dined at Gabin Korean Grill, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish! To be completely honest, when you first look at the menu, the prices might seem a bit on the higher side. However, the moment the food is served and the service begins, any hesitation completely vanishes. It is worth every single penny and delivers absolute satisfaction that goes way beyond the price tag.
First and foremost, the service here is top-tier and...read full review
My favorite BBQ restaurant in LA these days! The meat is high-quality and delicious, and the side dishes are clean and tasty. Note that the Pyongyang naengmyeon is very mild/bland, so skip it if that’s not your style. Highly recommend grilling the meat yourself at the table instead of getting the pre-cooked box—it tastes way better over the direct fire

Gabin Korean Grill offers a high-quality Korean dining experience with a focus on fresh ingredients and thoughtful preparation. The restaurant features a wide variety of dishes, including kimchi pancakes, kimchi rice, kimchi soup, burdock root, and glass noodles, all praised for their taste and authenticity. The kimchi pancakes are small, tasty, and reasonably priced, while the banchan are served individually, making it convenient for those who prefer not to share. The menu also highlights dishes like the raw beef bibimbap, Galbi, and assortments of jeons, with the pancakes, brisket, and pork belly standing out as favorites.
The quality of the food is consistently described as excellent, with many reviewers noting that the meat, banchan, and soups are of high quality and flavorful, avoiding artificial seasonings. The Korean BBQ is especially well-regarded, with some describing it as among the best they’ve had, and the flavors are deep and clean. The atmosphere is soft and gentle, with a modern yet calm setting, making it a pleasant place to enjoy grilled meat quietly.
Service is friendly and attentive, with staff willing to explain dishes and provide a warm dining experience. Despite a few minor concerns about the worn-out grill pan, overall, Gabin Korean Grill is recommended for its authentic, flavorful Korean food and friendly atmosphere, promising a memorable meal for both locals and visitors.
