“I love this pho spot! The ambience is great. The customer service is speedy and you are immediately given a warm welcome as you step in. The food is also really good (although I’ve only ever ordered number 4, the steak and brisket pho 👌🏽). I did try a bit of the shrimp pho when my mom ordered it, and it was good, but I’m more into beef than seafood, so that’s just personal preference. Definitely check it out. This was where I tried pho for the first time and it hits the spot every time.“

“Update: I used to love and recommend this place but idk whats going on and its sad, the broth which is the main point is always 50/50 now. When its good its really good but when they miss sometimes its flavorless or super sweet as opposed to originally packed with flavor and all around balanced on bone flavor, spice herb packed, and sweet. Please follow old recipe or something. Still the pork spring rolls are a must have with the peanut sauce no matter what!“

Every time I am in the area I charge my vehicle in the same time get something to eat two things one place.. This plaza has a huge parking lot, which is also easy to park even if you’re not charging your vehicle. food is decent services also friendly.“

“I made a trip to this spot after seeing the great reviews, and overall was ok. The restaurant itself has a nice atmosphere, and the service was pleasant.

We ordered the ribs combo pho and the brisket and meatball pho — both bowls had a solid, flavorful broth that hit the spot. The ribs wasnt that amazing. The egg rolls were crispy and well-seasoned. Thai tea was also great.

My main gripe is the meat portions felt a little skimpy for the price — I expected a bit more generosity in the bowl. At around $60 for two people, it’s on the pricier side for pho, which did temper the experience slightly.

That said, the quality is clearly there. If the portions were bigger or the price a touch lower, this would be an easy five stars. Worth a visit, but go in with calibrated expectations on value.“

“Pho Hue Oi is a straight up hidden gem in Torrance and I am OBSESSED. Family owned, incredibly warm, and the service is next level — the kind where you feel like you’re eating at someone’s house and they actually want you there.

The food? Let me get into it. Their Lomo Saltado hits different because they put a Vietnamese spin on it and somehow it works even better than the original. Bold, saucy, wok-fired perfection.

Now. Mom’s rice cake dish — I cannot pronounce it but I CAN tell you exactly what’s in it: shrimp, crunchy pork rinds, finished with fish sauce and Thai chilies. It sounds simple. It is NOT simple. It is layered, funky, crispy, savory and I was not prepared for how good it was. That dish alone earns all five stars.

No alcohol here but their Thai tea is genuinely elite. Thick, creamy, cold — does the job beautifully.

If you haven’t been to Pho Hue Oi yet, what are you even doing? Go. Bring people. Order everything.“

“I absolutely love the vegetarian pho here! It’s packed with a wonderful variety of fresh vegetables and mushrooms, making it both flavorful and satisfying. The Pad Thai is also delicious and can be incredible when it’s on point, though I’ve noticed some occasional inconsistencies. That said, the flavors are consistently bold, fresh, and far superior to many other places I’ve tried.

“My sister and I were craving an afternoon coffee. We had their ice coffee with milk. It was one of the best tasting coffees I've had. The atmosphere was chill. The establishment was clean and beautifully decorated. What I do want to remark on is the staff. A young lady by the name of Jenny surprised us by offering us a sample of a spring roll with peanut sauce. “My husband and I love this restaurant! We've ordered a couple times from Postmates and we have never been disappointed. I love the spicy lemongrass chicken and my husband loves the pork belly and the shaken beef. The shrimp and pork egg rolls are unlike any egg roll over ever had and so delicious. “This was my first time trying Cambodian food. Everything we ordered was good, but I noticed that most of the dishes tasted sweet. The papaya salad, noodles, and prahok kite all had a sweeter flavor. Is this how Cambodian dishes are usually prepared, or did the restaurant adjust the flavors to cater to American tastes?

“Highly recommend the shaken beef with garlic noodles. DEE.LI.CIOUS!!!
Beef was tender and slightly caramelized, so the flavor is sealed in. The garlic noodles had just enough garlic and were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Definitely enough to share.
I tried the lychee green tea with lychee bits and it was so refreshing! Will definitely be back to try their gelato since I was too full this time to get any.“
