Pho Hue Oi is a straight up hidden gem in Torrance and I am OBSESSED. Family owned, incredibly warm, and the service is next level — the kind where you feel like you’re eating at someone’s house and they actually want you there.

Great place, great ambiance, great food.
I went to Pho Hue Oi on a random Wednesday. It was busy, with a steady stream of customers.
I really liked the noodles and spring rolls and crispy egg rolls that we got.
Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion sizes were pretty good.
My mom actually likes that noodle place better than other recent spots we've been to that are more highly rated on Yelp (#iykyk) if you know, you know.
There are many parking spots around there.
