Have lunch. They were very accommodating and provided high chairs, children bowls, utensils and covered water cups with straws
Good tasting pho and good portion size for the pho. As for the rolls that’s different. They’re okay but you’re simply not getting enough for the $$ your paying for them.

Dishes are very reasonably priced for a sit-down restaurant, with one plate completely filling a hungry customer for $13.50. Service is great and friendly. However, the restaurant can be very loud, reaching 80-90 decibels due to loudly playing music and chatter. Tables for singles and doubles are very close together, making the space feel cramped. Some customers have experienced being seated next to strangers or waiting for a booth that was given to another party. The Vietnamese coffee can be slow to prepare. For convenience, customers can order to go on an iPad by the entrance, and takeout packaging is thoughtful and clean. Overall, the value and taste make it a place worth returning to.
