This place is horrible very deceiving, misleading and false advertising. They have an Ad that says pay with Amex and get 10% off I paid and false did not get 10% off. I asked where’s my discount the lady very nonchalantly says you need to download the app and pay there. There are no instruction anywhere that’s states to do so. I ordered delivery from this location directly from the blaze pizza app & this is how the door dash delivery driver handed me my box. The tape that sealed the box has been opened, the box is all messed up and bent AND WET ALL OVER WITH SOME MYSTERIOUS LIQUID!!!! The "dasher" said that the workers didn't want to give him a new box or new pizza. I've tried contacting both door dash & blaze & both customer service have not helped me at all. I wish I could leave ZERO stars! I missed half of the first half of 1st period Kings game last night- I ordered 1 plain cheese pizza and it took 20 mins. Ridiculous. The people working there are out to lunch. Do better - especially when you charge way too much for a tiny undercooked tiny piece of dough. Hire more people. Move quicker. Be nicer.
