I will like to give a shout out to the chef. I think his name is Shawn or Sean. When we got to Santa Monica, we looked up restaurants to go have our 26 year anniversary dinner, we stayed at Hotel Delmar right across the street. A beautiful seaside seafood restaurant located inside the Shutters Hotel in Santa Monica. This restaurant is as close to the water as you can get without being on the pier. Inside is very bright and open with large ceilings and a very large fireplace that acts as great centerpiece. The best parking option would be valet at the hotel, but we live very close by so we just took a Waymo. Our server was very polite and everything that we ordered came out very fast. absolutely fabulous hotel! Everything about this hotel screams luxury, the food, the ambience, the views the suite that I’m in right now just and let me also add the staff at the front desk and throughout the hotel are absolutely wonderful!
