We had a morning in Santa Monica and this was perfect for an upscale charming meal near the pier. We had breakfast and we're never rushed. If you are not a hotel guest they ask for your credit card up front if you sit outside. My only comment is there was a street performer who was no issue but also loud house music so my head had to process both at the same time.
