“Sent Ivory the inspiration pics for a baby shower that was Kentucky Derby themed and she “ran with it” and it turned out perfect. The fresh berry cake was a hit and it matched the theme perfectly. Their delivery option is also great because it takes one other task off the party planning. Would definitely order from Ivory again!“

“My Mother’s Day (party day) order included 5 dozen mini cupcakes, 2 cakes, and some whoopie pies! I got home and realized my order was missing a dozen red velvet cupcakes. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. I’ve been celebrating with Susie for over a decade and I will never leave- especially now! Thank you Susie and @susiecakesbakery for your delicious treats and valuing your customers so much💗“

“I got so many cakes from there while my kids were growing up. It all started at my oldest daughter’s Sweet 16. What I loved is the guy makes fancy cakes for celebrities for a lot of money, and God only knows why my daughter thought she can have the same cake as Hollywood people, but he helped me come up with designs that were affordable for me. So many people asked me where I got my kids cakes from every time. There are so many places that makes fancy cakes now but they are the original sculpture cake guys. The guy was a sculpture artist who just happens to sculpture cake material. I don’t now if the same guy is still making all the cakes but he was fantastic. I think I bought total of 6 cakes from him over the years.“

“We were going to be in town for my grandson's Birthday so we decided to order an ice cream cake ahead of time near where we would be.I am very picky and ordered a special cake with ice cream chosen for each little cone that would be on top of the cake and of course a special ice cream that they did not have on their list for the month. I did this by phone. The woman I spoke to was very nice and assured me my order would be right and ready on time. It was.The place is just spotless and the service is wonderful. We were so pleased with the cake. It was great. We also had some ice cream while we were there and it too was wonderful.We especially loved the service from the B&R. This Baskin Robbins is in Inglewood, City off the Champions! At La Brea & Centinela intersection.

Online ordering was easy through the app. The app is the only way to redeem rewards. App is an easy platform to navigate. ETA for ice cream to be ready was spot on. We arrived a few minutes early and our ice cream was bagged and sitting in the cooler. Indoor seating available. Inside is clean and maintained. Baskin Robbins is in a busy shopping center with Starbucks, Popeye's, Subway, Domino's, Glow Flow Beauty, & a few other store fronts. Parking is easy the lot is large.
