“My Mother’s Day (party day) order included 5 dozen mini cupcakes, 2 cakes, and some whoopie pies! I got home and realized my order was missing a dozen red velvet cupcakes. I called the studio city location for a refund on those since I had no time to go back to the bakery before the party (please open a location in Santa Clarita @susiesarich 😂). Instead, they same day delivered my cupcakes PLUS sent additional cookies and Mother’s Day treats for no additional cost to me😭❤️ I was SO amazed by the gracious customer service. I was supposed to have my baby shower cake made by them last March but had to cancel due to the first covid lockdown. They were nice enough to honor my deposit and use it for my sons 1st birthday cake! Excellent service and tasty cookies & cake!“
