I went there to redeem my free bday scoop and honestly I can't complain about the ice cream. I'm a big sweet tooth person, so the only thing I can complain about is that I didn't get more. The service was great and the workers were very friendly!
I would normally give a 5 star rating but the employee must have been having a bad day and showed a little attitude when I asked for extra malt in my shake and she said she would need to charge extra. I have been going to different locations almost every other day for years and this was the first time I was asked to pay more. Going to an ice cream shop should be greeted by happy employees, not one who couldn't crack a smile even if I had paid double!
