This Ben & Jerry’s location in the Sherman Oaks mall is hands down one of the best! The employee working there gave amazing customer service and made the whole experience even better. The location inside the mall is super convenient, and the ice cream is always fresh, delicious, and consistently fantastic every time I come. Definitely one of my favorite spots to stop at when I’m at the mall!

We enjoyed Free Cone Day on April 3. Very friendly and helpful staff. The Tonight Dough, Salted Caramel Blondie, and Vanilla were all great! Super quick little line. Kiosk in the middle of the mall. Happy experience!
